About CTO Input

CTO Input was born from a simple realization: too many CEOs are forced to make high-stakes technology decisions without the right guidance at the table. We saw organizations held back by unclear strategies, rising risks, and fragmented systems — not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked leadership. So we stepped in to offer the clarity, alignment, and execution they needed. Today, we act as fractional CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs for mid-market organizations ready to lead with confidence, move faster, and turn technology into a strategic advantage.

Our Mission

We help ambitious business leaders turn technology from a source of stress into a driver of growth. By offering fractional executive leadership, we give our clients tailored strategies, executive-level insight, and a clear path forward — without the complexity, confusion, or cost of hiring a full-time executive. Our mission is simple: make technology leadership accessible, impactful, and aligned to your business goals.

Our Vision

We envision a world where growing companies no longer feel stuck or left behind because of their technology. Every business should have access to the same level of strategic guidance and operational clarity as the largest enterprises — without compromise. Our goal is to build a future where technology empowers, simplifies, and accelerates business — not slows it down.

Our Story

Tyson Martin

Founder / CEO

CTO Input was founded by Tyson Martin, a former strategic executive technology leader (CISO, CIO & CTO) who saw the same pattern playing out across hundreds of organizations: business leaders were expected to make complex, high-stakes technology and cybersecurity decisions without the support they truly needed.

Tyson spent years in executive rooms with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and boards — not just in Fortune 100 companies, but in mid-sized businesses that were growing fast and facing real pressure. The common thread? They all wanted to move faster, operate more efficiently, protect their organizations, and unlock growth — but technology felt more like a roadblock than a superpower.

He started CTO Input with a bold idea: mid-market organizations shouldn’t have to choose between going it alone or overhiring. They deserve a trusted technology partner at their side — someone who thinks like an executive, acts like an owner, and delivers like a builder. Someone who listens first, speaks clearly, and leads with outcomes, not jargon.

Today, CTO Input serves founders and executives who want to scale with confidence. We act as your fractional CTO, CIO, or CISO — helping you align your technology with your business strategy, reduce unnecessary complexity, close security gaps, and lead with clarity. We don’t just give advice — we give you the roadmap, the leadership, and the momentum to get where you’re going. When you have the right guide, technology becomes a strategic advantage — not a source of stress.
